At PARTYTILAM we try and come up with new ideas or at least introduce our crowd to things they have not seen. Change is important and keeps you up with the times…or makes you an innovator. We have something new for everyone but, it is under wraps for now. BUT, I can give you a sneak peak and let your imagination run wild. We visited the legendary CHOP SUEY restaurant in Jtown LA. This has been here forever! After the war when Japanese were being discriminated against this place was the only restaurant that would feed the Japanese. It has been in many movies, the ones that i have seen were YEAR OF THE DRAGON MOVIE starring Mickey Rourke before the face surgery and boing career. Also Dragon the Bruce Lee Storywhere Bruce worked as a dishwasher and whooped the shit outta his co workers…..

who are these guys? they look like…..Richard Vaughn and Brian Lerche from Triumvir …..hmmm

iits a nice lounge type joint…

apparently they can cater any type of food too! that will come in handy. The rafters you see in the picture used to have dividing walls coming down and tables in them so people could eat in privacy…times do change.

The owner of the club told us that all the pictures and artwork on the walls were original. And that these particularly were famous chinese models of that time. Pretty cool…..it was interesting to hear since my parents grew up in that era…

they also have a dope retro type bar in the back……really cool

And a very impressive Japanese beer menu!…..MMmmmMMmm Echigo beer!
